Instructions for Loan Prolongation

If you have financial difficulties, we can help extend your loan repayment date easily.

Note: You can only extend your loan from 03 days before the due date of your contract.

Please follow these instructions to get your loan due date extended:

Step 1: Check the minimum payment amount by:

• Logging in to your "Personal Account" at www.oncredit.lk
• In the “My Loan” section, you can check the minimum payment amount.
• You could also contact one of our customer service representatives on: +94117811555 to check the minimum payment amount on your loan

Step 2: Make payment as instructed here.

Pay the minimum amount to extend your loan or Pay the full amount due to settle the loan
